• This is a remote role and you can work from anywhere , with the ability to engage in market-facing activities and to hold meetings with coworkers and stakeholders during continental US-based business hours. • Understand the role of demand response and other distributed energy resources in the various energy markets in which we operate and translate that understanding into messaging for sales and regulatory advocacy • Communicate effectively across teams about complex processes • Become an expert in Voltus’ data architecture and processes and how they can be leveraged to scale energy markets’ operations, from asset qualification to financial settlements • Develop analytical tools to support the customer-facing needs of our Sales and Marketing efforts • 0-2 years experience in the demand-side energy industry • 1-2 years experience in the demand-side energy industry (preferred, not required) • Exhibited interest in the energy and/or climate space • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills • Ability to project manage weeks-long processes that involve multiple teams • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work product • Uncommonly driven to succeed and maniacally self-initiated • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment, while juggling several business-critical tasks per week • Demonstrated ability to analyze and visualize large scale data in Python. • Please note that at this time, we do not sponsor visas or transfers.
