Requirements
• Simplify complex crypto concepts into intuitive, user-friendly experiences • Improve onboarding, trading, payments, and portfolio UX • Design for trust, clarity, and security in high-stakes financial interactions • Continuously raise the bar for UX, visual design, and interaction quality • Collaboration • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Marketing • Contribute to product strategy through user insights and design thinking • Communicate design decisions clearly and effectively • Design Systems & Consistency • Contribute to and evolve the design system across platforms • Ensure consistency across app, web, and marketing surfaces • Maintain high standards of scalability and usability • Mentorship & Influence • Provide feedback and design critiques to other designers • Support and mentor junior designers • Help foster a strong design culture and craft excellence • 5–8+ years in Product Design (consumer products) • Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped mobile and web products • Very strong appetite for aesthetics • Direct crypto experience (required): wallet, exchange, DeFi, explorer, or on-chain products • Strong proficiency in Figma • Deep understanding of mobile and web UX patterns • Experience designing for crypto-specific challenges: • Transactions & signing flows • Blockchain data representation • Trust & security design • Preferred • Experience designing crypto wallets or exchanges • Experience simplifying complex financial or technical systems • Experience in startup or high-growth environments • Experience contributing to design systems

• Design Leadership • Design Leadership • Lead product design execution across all consumer surfaces • Define and maintain a high bar for UX, visual quality, and interaction design • Own design consistency across app, web apps, marketing site, and explorer • Establish scalable design processes and rituals • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Marketing leadership • Hands-On Execution • Hands-On Execution • Personally design high-impact initiatives and critical user journeys • Create flows, prototypes, and polished UI ready for production • Improve onboarding, trading, payments, and portfolio experiences • Drive simplification of complex crypto concepts into intuitive UX • Team Management • Team Management • Manage and mentor existing product designers • Provide design critiques and career development guidance • Help scale and structure the design organization • Improve collaboration between design and engineering • Design Systems & Quality • Evolve and enforce our design system across platforms • Ensure design scalability across regions and product verticals • Raise product craft and attention to detail across teams
