Requirements

Responsibilities
• Developing software solutions within Mangomint's R&D department to meet business needs. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders throughout the development process. • Ensuring that all code meets quality standards, including thorough testing for bugs or errors before deployment. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform Mangomint's software solutions. • Providing technical leadership within their team by mentoring junior engineers and contributing ideas during meetings. • Participating in code reviews, providing feedback on peers’ work, and suggesting improvements for overall project quality. • Working remotely with flexible hours to accommodate personal needs while meeting Mangomint's business objectives.
