Requirements
• Experience in a software implementation, deployment, or technical support role within a B2B or SaaS environment. • Experience working with hosted or SaaS platforms. • Exposure to multi-tenant systems or client specific environments. • Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including executing scripts and supporting basic data migrations. • Experience supporting Windows based applications or server environments. • A basic understanding of networking concepts such as VPNs and secure access. • Good troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem solving. • The ability to communicate clearly with both technical colleagues and non-technical users. • A willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow into a more senior implementation role over time. • Experience working with legal, financial services, or regulated customers. • Basic scripting or automation experience, for example PowerShell. • Experience supporting system integrations or data imports. • A degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline is desirable but not essential. Practical experience and the ability to demonstrate real world implementation work is more important than formal qualifications. • What success looks like • Client implementations are delivered smoothly and with good support. • Data migrations are accurate and well validated. • Implementation tasks are completed reliably and documented clearly. • Clients feel supported and prepared during onboarding and go-live. • You continue to grow in confidence and responsibility within the implementation function.
Responsibilities
• You will support the implementation of NEXUM for new client onboardings, upgrades, and environment changes. • You will assist with provisioning and configuring hosted environments across NEXUM’s multi-tenant and dedicated single-tenant platforms. • You will support data migration activities using Microsoft SQL Server, including running scripts, validating data, and escalating issues where required. • You will assist with system configuration, user setup, permissions, and client specific settings. • You will support testing, user acceptance phases, and go-live activities. • You will work with internal teams to resolve implementation issues and coordinate fixes. • You will maintain clear documentation of implementation steps and client specific configurations. • You will provide early life support after go-live and help ensure a smooth handover into ongoing support. • You will gradually take ownership of smaller or less complex implementations as your experience grows.
