Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their success with our products and services. • Develop and execute account growth strategies, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships, leading contract renewals and negotiations to maximise lifetime value. • Deepen existing partnerships by delivering tailored value propositions that increase share of wallet. • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers, setting clear expectations around performance, accountability, and partner outcomes. • Support hiring, onboarding, and ramping of new team members as the Account Management organization scales. • Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and inclusive team culture • Proactively identify and resolve customer challenges, ensuring swift issue resolution. • Analyse account performance data to provide strategic insights and drive informed decision-making. • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes, sharing insights with the broader business. • Drive adoption of AI and automation tools to improve client experience and operational workflows. • What we need from you: • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role within Payments or FinTech. • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams. • Deep understanding of crypto, blockchain, stablecoins, or digital assets. • Strong track record of managing and growing enterprise-level accounts. • Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills. • Strategic mindset with a history of driving revenue growth within existing accounts. • Strong analytical skills to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. • Proven track record of improving processes and efficiencies through AI and automation. • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • What you can expect from us: • Fair and competitive salary at every stage of your growth
