Requirements
• Experience: 8+ years in software engineering with 3+ years in a senior leadership role. • Technical Depth: Proven track record leading teams building and maintaining SaaS applications. Responsibilities
• Lead & Mentor: Manage and grow a multi-functional team of full stack engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and excellence. • Architectural Vision: Oversee technical design efforts on enterprise software applications, leveraging SOLID design principles on full-stack development teams using C#/.NET backend, React.js frontend, and SQL Server. • Cloud Strategy: Drive our AWS infrastructure strategy, leveraging cloud-native services and containerization for high availability and performance. • Compliance First: Ensure all engineering practices meet rigorous security standards (HIPAA, SOC2, & PCI). • Strategic Delivery: Partner with Product and Design to define milestones and execute iterate towards long-term product initiatives.
