Requirements
• Proven track record of designing and delivering scalable cloud-based software solutions. • Demonstrable experience of running and maintaining service(s) at scale within a production environment. • Experience in partnering with Product and Engineering Directors on planning for large new projects that span multiple teams, including scoping and sizing activities. • Ability to design architectures and write Request For Change (RFC) documents which impact across the engineering team(s). • Hands-on credibility through helping software development teams ship scalable, performant code. • Experience in creating and updating an organization's technical standards for Engineering Culture with other Principal Engineers to advocate Beamery’s strategic vision. • Operational ownership experience supporting services end-to-end within the company infrastructure. • Skills in coaching, mentoring engineers across all levels of staff from different teams throughout the organization. • Experience collaborating on customer solutions with non-technical stakeholders including Sales and Customer Success representatives as well as Fortune 500 customers.
Responsibilities
