You’re a strong team player and can work effectively with others across time zones in a global set up. • Collaborative by nature • A strategic thinker: You lean on your market experience and commercial instincts to build and drive the company’s growth strategy. • A strategic thinker • What will you be doing? • Identify key performance metrics and build exec-facing dashboards to track progress of our high priority revenue initiatives & maintain philosophy of ‘Reviews via dashboards’ • Build effective visualizations to communicate data to key decision-makers using data story telling. • Build predictable mechanisms through data science and machine learning models to track revenue, forecast risks and flag any deviations that may lead to the businesses missing their respective goals. In addition to revenue, also build ways to accurately track the hygiene metrics for the revenue units across engagement, retention etc. • Help with data backed insights to drive medium & long-term strategy for the business and monthly/quarterly planning & review exercises for different revenue units. • Leverage your intellectual curiosity to understand the company’s underlying business and technical challenges and translating them to into long-term leading and lagging performance indicators that are applicable across business units. • Leverage analytics and actionable insights to partner directly with the GTM leadership on strategic, organizational, and operational initiatives designed to increase revenue, sales productivity, operational efficiency and forecasting accuracy. • Own and deliver ad-hoc strategic projects for key initiatives that could involve building narratives to drive internal conviction and backing them up with data to validate or negate hypotheses that GTM teams would want to test out for potential new revenue levers • Work closely with sales team to identify the areas of strengths to capitalize on and opportunities that we are lagging behind on to increase the client and thus revenue for our products. • Establish processes and build products that solve for generating intelligent reports and reduce information overdose while focussing on meaningful consumption of insights within the company. • Communicate your findings to cross-functional peers and management. • Independently collaborate with stakeholders and leaders across various Business units, central strategy, product, sales tech, finance, delivery to align on cross-functional processes that support data integrity and governance & keep improving outcomes and efficiency of initiatives being driven within the unit. • Build models to detect anomalies, investigate and resolve data discrepancies between systems. • Automate whatever you can! • What are we looking for? • Gain deep knowledge of many facets of the mobile advertising business such as ad operations, creative services, project management, sales efficiency and productivity. • Quickly grasp external and internal ad tech nuance and leverage to meet business growth. • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) • Develop knowledge of all our data sources and quickly be the go-to-person for extracting and analyzing data from these sources. • Proven ability to wrangle large datasets, extracting insights from data, and summarizing learnings / takeaways and drive decision making for various business units’ leaders. • Ability to learn and adapt to new methodologies for data collection and analysis. • Present insights/findings in a structured manner to directly enable tangible outcomes for stakeholders. • Understand critical interdependencies across functions and divisions and grasp the short and long-term trade-offs of business decisions. • Demonstrated aptitude toward Data Storytelling and Root Cause Analysis using data. • Trustworthy with high integrity, and ability to maintain appropriate confidentiality. • Patience and stamina to translate long term roadmap into wins and milestones for organizational impact. • Execution-driven and results-oriented to ensure strategy translates to outcomes. • Efficient planning and execution • Project management abilities: ability to manage long-term (multi-month) integrations, set timelines, and independently drive the process forward. • Ability to deliver on tight timelines and prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining quality and detail. • Plan, prioritise tasks and map stakeholders appropriately. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Master's/bachelor’s degree Computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics in a related field. • 4-8 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, within a Tech/Consulting/Analytics, preferably in the Ad tech or Digital advertising industry • 4+ years of work experience with SQL/Python/R, Advanced Excel, any data visualisation tool (Tableau or PowerBI) • Prior experience within the AdTech industry is a plus • Should have developed and implemented at least 3 analytics solutions (end to end) which includes translating a business problem into a data analytics problem and providing a sustainable solution. • Experience working with sales unit is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build the Intelligence Layer (Beyond Dashboards) • Design and own scalable BI frameworks that evolve from dashboards → insights → recommendations → automated actions • Develop semantic layers and metric definitions that standardize decision-making across teams • Move the org from “report consumption” to decision intelligence systems • Drive Agentic BI Vision • Help define and execute the roadmap toward agentic BI (AI agents answering business questions autonomously) • Business questions are translated into queries automatically • Insights are generated proactively (not reactively) • Outputs are delivered via conversational interfaces (Teams, email, etc.) • Partner in building AI-powered analytics agents on top of Databricks / warehouse layers • Advanced Analytics & Decision Systems • Forecast revenue and pipeline health • Detect anomalies and trigger alerts • Identify drivers of growth and inefficiencies • Develop leading indicator frameworks and early warning systems for GTM performance • Insight Generation & Storytelling • Identify root causes of business trends • Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations • Support leadership with narrative-driven insights, not just metrics • Data Product & Self-Serve Enablement • Build self-serve analytics experiences tailored to different personas (Sales, Strategy, Leadership) • Reduce dependency on analysts by enabling intuitive, trustworthy data access • Drive adoption of “review via dashboards” → “review via intelligent systems” • Data Integrity & System Thinking • Work with Data Products to ensure data quality across systems (Salesforce, Databricks, BI tools) • Investigate discrepancies and build robust data governance mechanisms • Work with data engineering to ensure clean, reliable, and scalable pipelines • Cross-functional Leadership • GTM teams (Marketing, Sales) • GTM enablement teams (Strategy, Revenue Operations, Finance) • Product & Marketplace teams • Influence decision-making at multiple levels through data-backed narratives • Automation & Efficiency • Continuously identify opportunities to: • Automate reporting workflows • Eliminate redundant analysis • Build reusable analytics assets • The organization moves from: Static dashboards → dynamic, insight-driven systems • Stakeholders shift from: Asking analysts → self-serve + AI-assisted decision making • BI evolves into: A central intelligence layer powering GTM strategy • One of the first agentic BI ecosystems in AdTech • A system that connects data → intelligence → action • A foundation for AI-driven decision-making across the company
