Requirements
• 4+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role. • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python (mandatory). • 4+ years of hands-on experience with TypeScript (core skill; exceptional candidates may be considered without it). • Strong experience working in a full-stack development environment with a backend focus. • Strong experience working with serverless and microservice-style architectures. • Proven ability to work with legacy codebases and modernise them into scalable, maintainable solutions. • Strong unit testing skills and experience building reliable automated test coverage. • Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset. • Ability to work in a balanced way across collaboration and independent delivery. • 2+ years of experience with React (Vue is also acceptable). • 1+ year of experience with AI / LLM-related development or exposure to AI-enabled features. • 2+ years of experience with AWS (Azure or GCP also acceptable). • Experience improving observability, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting in production environments. • Experience working on ingestion pipelines, data processing workflows, or high-throughput systems.
Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain frontend components using React Native for mobile applications. • Implement backend services with Node.js to handle API requests and manage data storage solutions like MongoDB Atlas. • Collaborate closely with the product team to understand user needs, gather feedback on prototypes, and iterate designs accordingly. • Write clean, maintainable code following best practices in software development for both frontend and backend systems. • Conduct thorough testing of applications using automated tools like Jest/Enzyme or manual methods as required by the project scope to ensure high quality standards are met before release. • Monitor application performance metrics through analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and custom dashboards for real-time insights into user behavior and system health. • Stay updated with emerging technologies in the industry relevant to full stack development like WebSockets, GraphQL, or serverless architectures when necessary to enhance application capabilities. • Communicate effectively within cross-functional teams through regular meetings, progress reports, and collaborative tools such as Slack or Microsoft Teams for seamless workflow integration across different departments. • Manage version control using Git with best practices in branching strategies like feature branches to facilitate parallel development efforts while maintaining code integrity throughout the project lifecycle. • Handle database migrations, backups, and disaster recovery plans as part of routine maintenance tasks for ensuring data availability and system resilience against potential failures or outages.
