Requirements

Responsibilities
• Simulation & Benchmarking of AI agents against real-world scenarios using Sierra's platform tools like 𝜏-Bench. • Development and refinement of intuitive no-code content management systems for guiding and testing AI agents, potentially utilizing generative tools such as Cursor or Claude Code. • Adapting traditional software development methodologies to accommodate the unique aspects of AI agent behavior including non-determinism, natural language interactions, reliance on large language models within Sierra's ADLC framework. • Accelerating and potentially self-improving generative agent creation processes based on real-world customer feedback through mechanisms like self-play or iterative design cycles in line with the company’s values of Craftsmanship, Customer Obsession, and Competitive Intensity.
