Requirements
• 6–8 years of experience in strategy consulting or strategy roles, ideally within TMT industries • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and structured thinking skills • Experience managing complex cross-functional projects or transformation programs • Strong financial and commercial analysis capabilities • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills • Degree in a relevant field; MBA is a plus • Experience in strategy, transformation, PMO, or business operations roles • Familiarity with technology or agile delivery environments
Responsibilities
• Lead strategy development, business analysis, and strategic initiatives • Translate strategic insights into actionable plans and recommendations for senior leadership • Manage cross-functional transformation programs across business, technology, and operations • Build and maintain an integrated portfolio plan for key initiatives and ensure alignment across teams • Support leadership forums and performance reporting to track business progress • Prepare executive presentations and decision materials for senior stakeholders • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across the organization
