Requirements

Responsibilities
• Set and implement the air freight strategy in South China as part of Flexport's senior leadership team overseeing Air operations within a specific region. • Develop financial targets for volume, revenue, net revenue, gross profit by collaborating with Sales, Finance, Regional/Global leaders to align goals across departments and regions. • Create the strategy and tactics in accordance with Flexport's Annual Operating Plan (AOP) while ensuring end-to-end ownership of regional P&L including gross revenue, COGS, net income, operating expenses by leveraging core value drivers such as procurement, pricing, planning and business development. • Drive day-to-day implementation of the region's strategy with a focus on setting appropriate metrics for performance tracking, cascading objectives within teams, steering execution against agreed initiatives to fuel growth in South China. • Ensure regular reporting is done regarding progress towards plan targets and promote visibility among executive leadership at Flexport by providing timely updates and insights into regional operations. • Develop a procurement strategy for all trades that includes identifying opportunities, leading strategic negotiations to secure the best value within South China region's scope of work.
