As we continue to build a diverse and inclusive environment, we encourage anyone who is interested in this role to apply.
Responsibilities
• Lead program management for early-stage signal processing and physiological algorithm development, enabling rapid exploration of new sensing and modeling approaches that may power future WHOOP capabilities. • Partner with sensor intelligence researchers, data scientists, hardware engineers, and firmware teams to define experimental roadmaps, feasibility milestones, and technical success criteria for advanced development programs. • Establish structured processes for algorithm prototyping, experimentation, and iterative evaluation, helping research teams move efficiently from concept to validated technical feasibility. • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to design and execute data collection studies, ensuring research teams have the datasets required to evaluate new signal processing approaches. • Identify technical risks, knowledge gaps, and dependencies early, driving focused investigations that inform future product development decisions. • Facilitate the transition of promising algorithms and learnings from advanced development into downstream product and engineering teams for potential integration into the WHOOP platform.
