Whoop - Senior Sensor Intelligence Engineering Program Manager

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. • 7+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering program management, or leading complex cross-functional technical initiatives. • Experience working closely with sensor intelligence, machine learning, data science, or research engineering teams. • Experience working with physiological signals or wearable sensor data (e.g., PPG, accelerometry, ECG, or similar biosignals) preferred. • Demonstrated ability to manage programs in research or advanced development environments where goals evolve through experimentation and discovery. • Strong understanding of early algorithm development workflows, including experimentation and data collection. • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts across research, engineering, and product teams. • Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions. • This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA.
