Requirements

• Active Board Certified VA (Virginia) PMHNP license in good standing • Priority given to candidates who hold at least 3 additional state licenses in our open | coming soon markets • RN Compact licensure preferred No DEA required (We do not prescribe controlled substances) • Minimum one year experience as a PMHNP working with the perinatal population • 6+ months working in telehealth • Solid understanding of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions and psychiatric care considerations during the perinatal and perimenopausal/menopausal period • Grounded in evidence based practices to inform treatment plans and guiding clinical care • Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication • Adaptable and motivated to grow within an early-stage startup, contributing to evolving workflows while maintaining high quality mental health care • Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and google suite, as well as an eagerness to learn new programs efficiently • ## Benefits of working with Seven Starling

Responsibilities
