• 8+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on backend development. • At least 1 year of experience being a module or project lead • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python or Golang • Strong understanding of database systems, relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra), and columnar (SingleStore, Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks, Snowflake) • Hands-on experience with message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Amazon SQS. • Experience with AWS and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). • Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, high-performance systems. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
