• CORE MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING • Own the month-end close for multiple group entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong controls • Prepare consolidated management accounts with clear variance analysis and insights • Maintain balance sheet integrity, including reconciliations, accruals, deferred revenue, WIP, and intercompany activity • FINANCE TRANSFORMATION AND SYSTEMS • Design and implement scalable, automated processes across payables, revenue, payroll, and the general ledger • Lead key elements of the finance architecture transformation • Improve reporting, data quality, and the speed of month-end • ACQUISITION INTEGRATION AND ENTITY STABILISATION • Assess and stabilise newly acquired entities, establishing Lawhive standards across controls, reporting, and compliance • Act as finance lead for integrations, ensuring accurate migration of processes, systems, and data • Identify operational risks early and drive clear remediation plans • CASHFLOW, CONTROLS, AND STRATEGIC SUPPORT • Build and maintain direct method cashflow models for group planning • Strengthen financial controls and support audit readiness • Partner with finance leadership and teams across the business on complex decision-making and strategy
