Requirements
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience. • A proven track record of managing $1B+ budgets and building complex long-range models that account for volatility and hardware lifecycle shifts. • The ability to distill complex technical and financial data into clear, persuasive presentations for the Board of Directors and institutional investors. • Experience building and mentoring a world-class Finance team in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. • An MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. • Direct experience working within the infrastructure finance teams of AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. • Deep understanding of PPA (Power Purchase Agreements) and the financial impact of renewable energy integration. • A passion for the AI space and a working knowledge of the hardware constraints (HBM, InfiniBand, Thermal Management) that drive data center design. • Experience implementing or optimizing advanced ERP and EPM tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, or NetSuite) for an asset-heavy business.

Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
