OLX - Lead Technical Program Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience. • 7+ years in software program management, including managing significant cross functional projects in mid-size or large companies using industry standard software development methodologies. • Experience operating at scale, e.g., with teams and products around the world, in fast growing consumer markets. • Experience working directly with executive teams. • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities. • Background in developing and/or applying a governance framework for decision making. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. • Key Partners & Stakeholders • Engineering and Product Leaders - daily engagement on the programs delivery • The TPM team is part of the Global CTO office and regularly collaborates with OLX executive level leaders. • Business unit leadership – collaboration and governance to ensure programs meet global and business unit goals. • Executive management team – preparation of quarterly reviews delivered by business unit leads. • Finance leaders – planning product investments, tracking program costs and ROI. • Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at OLX • OLX values diversity and welcomes applicants of all races, ethnicities, disabilities, ages, genders, sexual orientations, religions, backgrounds, and experiences to apply.
