Requirements
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding teams towards successful product delivery.
- Ability to interface directly with customers in an ambiguous development phase.
- Proven experience working with clinical teams to build products.
- Comfortable collaborating effectively with engineering teams.
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a significant portion in healthcare environment, preferably in startup setting.
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand the users and workflows within PACE to build products that best serve their needs.
- Develop product strategies leveraging data for innovation and user satisfaction.
- Create goals and KPIs to measure team impact on launches, iterate accordingly.
- Collaborate with engineering teams in designing features driving value based care outcomes within PACE centers.
- Engage leadership regularly to ensure alignment of roadmaps and strategies with IntusCare's objectives.
- Develop high-quality documentation & artifacts for clarity among cross-functional partners and stakeholders.
- Work closely with customer success, sales, engineering, design teams ensuring product market needs are met while adhering to regulatory standards.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from conception through launch including requirement gathering, roadmap planning, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Stay informed about industry trends in healthcare technology for maintaining competitive edge of IntusCare products.
