• Develop and manage a trading product portfolio to meet market needs and company objectives. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, customer success, legal, compliance, risk management, finance, operations, IT security, data science, analytics, business intelligence (BI), reporting, research & development (R&D) to ensure product alignment and market fit. • Lead the Trading Product Management team in executing strategic initiatives for new products or enhancements of existing trading solutions within a defined timeline while ensuring quality standards are met throughout all stages of execution. • Conduct competitive analysis, identify emerging trends, evaluate potential product opportunities and prioritize development efforts to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation in its market segment. • Oversee project management activities for trading products from concept through launch while ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints without compromising on quality or customer satisfaction. • Develop, implement, monitor, and optimize product roadmaps based on business objectives to ensure the company's portfolio remains competitive in a rapidly evolving market landscape. • Engage with customers directly via various channels (phone calls, emails) for feedback collection regarding their trading experience or any issues they may encounter while using our products; analyze this data and provide actionable insights backed by evidence to the relevant teams on how we can improve customer satisfaction levels across all touchpoints. • Participate in regular strategy meetings with senior leadership, product management team members as well as other stakeholders such as marketing or sales representatives where necessary; contribute valuable input based on experience and expertise while ensuring alignment of goals between different departments for optimal results towards achieving business objectives. • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the trading industry landscape, including regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions that impact our products' development or deployment processes so we can proactively address any potential challenges before they arise; stay informed about relevant news articles/reports related to changes in regulations affecting cryptocurrency markets globally. • Collaborate closely with the engineering team throughout all stages of product design and implementation while ensuring that technical specifications align seamlessly across different components within our trading platform(s).
