EnergyVault - Senior Commissioning Manager

• Educational Background: • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience. • Relevant certifications in energy systems or automation are a plus. • 5+ years in delivering electrical systems, including Power Plants, Substations, and Battery Energy Storage projects. • 3+ years in a leadership or management role, overseeing commissioning BESS projects. • Technical Expertise: • Extensive knowledge of SCADA standards and products. • Proficiency in Network troubleshooting including communication interfaces such as Fiber-optic, serial interface, and direct signal interface • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC DA/OPC UA, DNP3). • Experience with HMI/SCADA systems and tools like Visio or AutoCAD. • Familiarity with IEC standards (e.g., IEC-61850, IEC-61870-104-5). • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders. • Additional Qualities: • Willingness to travel up to 75% for project oversight and delivery. • Passion for sustainability and a commitment to advancing clean energy solutions. • Comfort in fast-paced, rapid growth environments. • A passion for sustainability, our mission, and our vision is a bonus! • ## Benefits of Powering the Future with Energy Vault: • Annual bonus plan. • Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). • Reimbursement for approved home office equipment. • Reimbursement for home internet, including mobile phone, up to AUD $85 per month. • Wellbeing Leave. • Employee Assistance Program. • Access to novated leasing. • Option to purchase additional leave. • #LI-remote #LI-JW1
