Requirements

• 4+ years of HR operations experience in France, ideally in a tech or high-growth environment • Hands-on experience preparing French payroll inputs and validating outputs — you know DSN inside-out, you’ve reconciled URSSAF charges, and you’ve caught errors before they became problems • Solid grasp of Labor Law and Collective Bargaining Agreements — not just theory, but day-to-day application to real employee situations • HRIS administration experience with real ownership: configuring workflows, maintaining data integrity, running reports — bonus if you’ve led a system migration or implementation • Experience managing relationships with external payroll providers, accounting firms, or EOR platforms — you know how to hold an external partner to a high standard • Comfort building light automations in tools like Zapier, Make, or native HRIS workflow builders — and genuine curiosity about applying AI to operational work • Fully fluent English to coordinate daily with your US and RoW colleagues • Direct experience working with one or more EOR providers (e.g., Deel, Remote, Rippling, Oyster) across multiple countries • Experience navigating CSE elections and setup from scratch • Familiarity with US HR operations, employment law, or payroll basics — enough to provide backup coverage for our New York team • Prior experience building an HR ops function from scratch at a scaling company

Responsibilities
