Seven Starling partners with healthcare providers across the country and leading health plans including UnitedHealthCare, Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Aetna to make care easily accessible and affordable. • We are seeking a compassionate and experienced PMHNP to join our growing, mission-driven organization focused on providing high quality holistic mental health care to women throughout all reproductive life stages including perinatal to perimenopause. • Active Board Certified AR (Arkansas) PMHNP license in good standing • Priority given to candidates who hold at least 3 additional state licenses in our open | coming soon markets • (Arizona, California, Colorado, DC/District of Columbia, Floridia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin) | (Louisiana, Oklahoma, and/or Massachusetts) • RN Compact licensure preferredNo DEA required (We do not prescribe controlled substances) • Minimum one year experience as a PMHNP working with the perinatal population • 6+ months working in telehealth • Solid understanding of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions and psychiatric care considerations during the perinatal and perimenopausal/menopausal period • Grounded in evidence based practices to inform treatment plans and guiding clinical care • Empathetic and intuitive listener with strong verbal and written communication • Adaptable and motivated to grow within an early-stage startup, contributing to evolving workflows while maintaining high quality mental health care • Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and google suite, as well as an eagerness to learn new programs efficiently • ## Benefits of working with Seven Starling
Responsibilities
