Requirements
• Degree in Electronics, Communications, Networking, or related field • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the Telco industry • Strong knowledge of 4G/5G core networks and call flows • Familiarity with protocols such as IMS, VoLTE, SS7, Diameter, SIP, SCTP • Hands-on experience in network troubleshooting (end-to-end) • Exposure to VoLTE roaming and IREG testing • Understanding of network and application security • Knowledge of IP networking (switching & routing) • Experience working with Linux and virtualised environments • Basic scripting/programming skills (e.g., Python, Shell)
Responsibilities
• Manage and support 4G/5G Mobile Core nodes (e.g., IMS, HSS, UDM, SBC, MSS, etc.) to ensure smooth network operations • Perform system maintenance, including patching, upgrades, and performance optimisation • Monitor network performance, KPIs, and alarms to maintain service quality • Troubleshoot and resolve end-to-end network issues across core systems • Collaborate with local providers and international roaming partners for testing and service assurance • Implement security hardening and vulnerability management to mitigate risks • Develop and maintain operational processes and documentation
