Requirements
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience and education preferred • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel) • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.) • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferred • Strong verbal and written communications • Excellent time management and organization skills • Superior customer service skills • Strong collaborative and team work skills • Ability to work with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
• Renewal, add-on, and upgrade quote generation as needed • Refresh outstanding quote proration and expiration as needed • Review of discounts, free months, payment terms, etc. offered at initial purchase or prior to renewal • Act as additional reviewer of opportunity hygiene to ensure correct data entry and staging • Submit won opportunities for processing as requested • Assist with Custom Quotes as requested • Assist with training new team members as requested • Log and monitor personal team statistics on a daily basis
