Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior or principal-level role with cross-functional scope • Proven track record working on platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing problems at a fast-growing consumer technology company • Ability to cut through noise and focus on what matters • Familiarity with reliability engineering concepts: SLOs/SLAs/SLIs, error budgets, on-call processes, incident response, and observability tooling • Experience driving alignment across large, matrixed engineering organizations on initiatives • Strong analytical skills and comfort utilizing quantitative data and other signals to define what good looks like and hold the bar there • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear business priorities for diverse audiences • High degree of ownership and bias for action; you don’t wait to be asked, you identify the problem and mobilize the right people to solve it • Well-versed and opinionated on the intersection of consumer technology and security, privacy, trust, and compliance. • Experience with large-scale mobile or consumer applications serving hundreds of millions of users is a strong plus
