Requirements
• 3–8 years of experience in brand, marketing, or graphic design (agency or in-house) • A portfolio showing strong visual design skills and attention to detail • Proficiency with design tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (motion graphics experience a plus) • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment • Openness to feedback, curiosity, and eagerness to grow design skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Our values • Our values • Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. Responsibilities
• Support lead designers in producing brand and marketing assets. • Help prepare and adapt designs for various presentations and social media platforms. • Translate established design concepts into high-quality deliverables with visual consistency across all touchpoints. (Note: Experience not required, willingness to learn is key.) • Deliver production-ready visuals for web, social media, presentations, events, and physical goods. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns and creative ideas to life. • Contribute to high-visibility projects by driving pixel-perfect production and timely delivery. (Note: Experience not required, willingness to learn is key.) • Maintain organized design files and assist with asset management. • Articulate design decisions clearly to a wide range of partners including external partners, multidisciplinary creatives, and internal marketing, engineering, product teams across the organization. (Note: Experience not required, willingness to learn is key.) • Provide cross-organizational input that will help shape planning and strategy for brand projects. • Deliver visuals consistently with strong attention to detail while elevating the Sierra brand quality through soliciting feedback continually.
