Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years focused on sales hiring in the US and LATAM • Deep knowledge of the US and LATAM talent landscape, compensation trends, and sourcing channels • Proven success hiring mid-to-senior level sales professionals (B2B, SaaS, or fintech a plus) • Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales roles in the US and LATAM markets • Execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract senior-level sales talent • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal profiles • Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate-market fit • Maintain ATS and provide regular updates on hiring metrics
