• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field • 12+ years of experience in sourcing and purchasing • ## Preferred knowledge, skills, and/or abilities: • NAPM or APICS certification preferred • Six Sigma or Lean training and experience preferred • Solid track record meeting cost reduction targets • Excellent communication skills (public speaking, individual negotiations, correspondence) • Proven success in a senior procurement role in a high-growth environment • Ability to coordinate multiple group efforts to achieve objectives • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to collaborate internally with other teams involved in the procure to pay process • Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
