Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline. • 5+ years of experience in Technology with a focus on IT Asset Management, Configuration Management, or similar ITAM toolsets. • 3+ years of experience developing and supporting ServiceNow Asset Management, Software Asset Management, CMDB, or IT Operations Management solutions. • Strong understanding of IT Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Configuration Management, and CMDB best practices. • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams. • Experience with ITIL / ITSM processes and integrating asset data in ServiceNow. • Experience leading or coordinating Asset Management process or tool enhancements. • Familiarity with procurement and licensing tools (e.g., Softchoice, Adobe). • Experience with IT Operations Management (ITOM) products, preferably in ServiceNow. • Experience managing cloud assets (AWS, Azure). • Experience supporting software licensing, compliance, and audit initiatives. • Experience developing executive dashboards and reporting solutions within ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Manage the data and data quality of the ServiceNow IT Asset Management, Software Asset Management, and CMDB technical solutions. • Partner with the Configuration Manager and SAM Administrator to engineer scalable solutions that improve asset data quality, governance, and operational efficiency. • Support external and internal audits by ensuring asset inventory consistency, completeness, and traceability. • Collaborate with Procurement, Infrastructure, Security, IT Operations, and application owners to enhance asset data quality supporting asset management processes. • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data solutions that support compliance, operational metrics, executive reporting, and audit readiness. • Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and administrators to enhance asset-related integrations, such as hardware/software product models and entitlements. • Assist in evaluating new ServiceNow Asset Management capabilities and recommend enhancements that improve automation, scalability, and data integrity.
