Requirements

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-month initiatives within ADM, including work that spans team boundaries. Anticipate risks and unblock dependencies before they become delivery blockers. • Lead technical designs for new products and workflow solutions, aligned with ADM and Addepar’s longer-term strategy. Solicit feedback and build consensus. • Write exemplary, highly performant, and scalable code and frameworks. • Evangelize and promote best engineering practices. • Serve as a primary technical point of contact. Initiate and lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve complex application and infrastructure issues. • Mentor engineers, identify skill gaps and help shape their technical development. • Communicate technical strategy, trade-offs, and architectural direction clearly to both engineering and non-engineering stakeholders.
