Requirements

• Senior leadership experience within a SaaS, marketplace or technology business • Proven track record of managing and scaling commercial teams, including managing through managers • Experience leading sales and account management functions in SMB-focused environments • Skilled at using performance data to guide decisions, track progress and motivate teams • Structured and strategic, with the ability to balance long-term planning and near-term delivery • Clear and direct communicator who leads with purpose and clarity • Comfortable being hands-on — from coaching teams to joining partner calls when needed • Embraces a “work hard, play hard” environment with high expectations and strong team spirit • ## Interview Process • Screen Call - Video-call with Talent Team (30 - 45 mins) • 1st Stage - Video-call with VP of Revenue Operations (45 mins) • 2nd Stage - Video-call presentation with Leadership team (90 mins) • Final Stage - Video Call with C-Suite • We aim to complete the entire interview process and deliver feedback within 4 weeks • Every job application received is reviewed manually by our talent team.
