Responsibilities
• Systems Architecture & Maintenance: Manage and optimize the RevOps tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), ensuring high data integrity and seamless synchronization across platforms. • Systems Architecture & Maintenance: • Performance Insight & Reporting: Build, maintain, and interpret centralized KPI dashboards, identifying trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities in our pipeline. • Performance Insight & Reporting: • Process Optimization: Partner with Revenue teams to refine workflows, reducing friction in the sales cycle and improving deal velocity. • Process Optimization: • Forecasting Support: Provide the quantitative foundation for revenue forecasting and pipeline reviews, ensuring leadership has accurate, real-time data for growth decisions. • Forecasting Support: • Revenue Integrity: Work closely with Finance and Customer Success to audit bookings and billings, automating and upgrading operational flows. • Revenue Integrity: • Data Hygiene & Governance: Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce hygiene, implementing validation rules and processes that keep our CRM actionable and clean. • Data Hygiene & Governance: • Sales Enablement: Design and maintain the process for sales training; facilitate the creation of documentation, playbooks, and onboarding sequences that ensure proficiency in our GTM teams. • Salary Band in USD: $130,000 - $150,000 + 10% variable
