• Design scalable data architecture across agency operations, homeowners policy systems, and our fronting carrier ecosystem. • Enable enterprise analytics, data products, and future AI use cases through the established data architecture. • Participate in establishing company's data architecture and modeling foundations from ground up as part of center data function with full ownership over greenfield work without legacy constraints. • Influence technical development direction by driving standards within the organization, particularly concerning data architectures and AI use cases. • Collaborate closely with senior engineers and business stakeholders to ensure alignment between technology solutions and company goals.
