Build robust ingestion pipelines and bulk operation tools to manage the state machine and lifecycle of thousands of SKUs. • Acquisition, Ingestion & System Consolidation: • Data Quality & Cross-Functional Consensus: Act as the strategic bridge between engineering, data infrastructure, finance, sales ops, and Twilio Trust Hub. Enforce strict normalization and de-duplication standards to ensure absolute downstream billing accuracy, zero margin leakage, and strict compliance with global telecom regulations during NPI rollouts. • Data Quality & Cross-Functional Consensus: • Optimize Search & Downstream Discovery: Collaborate with core Console teams to optimize how high-performance catalog metadata flows into customer discovery workflows, customer portals, and AI-driven assistant frameworks.
