Requirements
• Strong proficiency in full stack development and React—this shouldn't be your first engineering role, but we care more about what you can build than years on a resume • AI-native: you're already using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar tools daily and you'd feel slower without them • You launch things. You have a track record of shipping products or features from idea to production, not just contributing to existing codebases • You thrive on proximity to customers—you'd rather watch someone use your product and iterate on the spot than wait for a bug report • Self-starter who sees problems and fixes them without waiting for permission • Relentlessly fast: you thrive on shipping quickly and iterating based on real user feedback • High standards for code quality—fast doesn't mean sloppy • Comfortable with ambiguity and the pace of a fast-growing startup • Business-minded: you understand how your technical decisions impact growth and customer experience • Nice-to-haves: • Nice-to-haves: • Experience with our specific stack (Go, TypeScript, React, Temporal) • Startup experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Experience working directly with founders or as a product engineer • Background in marketplace or healthcare tech • This Role Isn't for You If: • You prefer large, established companies with defined processes and slow release cycles • You're uncomfortable with ambiguity and rapid change • You'd rather be heads-down in code than talking to customers and operators • You're not excited about wearing multiple hats and doing whatever it takes • You think AI coding tools are a gimmick or a crutch • You only want remote work—this role is in-person in Austin
