Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design (Digital Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction) or a related field. • Equivalent practical experience is also acceptable. • Over 5 years of experience specifically in design for digital mediums. • An exceptional portfolio demonstrating creative work across multiple projects, with a focus on interface or screen-based experiences. • Visual Design and experience expertise from initial concept development through product launch. Responsibilities
• Elevate and maintain design standards across various outputs, including consumer apps and visual storytelling for patient journeys. • Present and persuasively communicate design rationale to internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital solutions. • Utilize component-based design systems, determining when to follow existing patterns or break constraints. • Identify and address user pain points to improve usability and overall product performance. • Participate in a culture of critique, collaboration, and honest reflection. • COMPETENCY • Technical Artistry: Passion for typography, motion, copy, and art direction. • Design Fundamentals: Deep understanding of type, grid, composition, and color. • Problem Solving: Ability to simplify complex ideas for a broad range of collaborators. • Professionalism: High level of accountability, initiative, and the ability to prioritize workloads to deliver results. • Collaboration: A creative spirit capable of building strong relationships and navigating conflict effectively.
