Requirements
• Experienced in Django (Python) and Next.js (React), comfortable moving between backend and frontend. • Strong understanding of API architecture, data modeling, and performance tuning. • Proven ability to build analytics-heavy applications and make data usable, visual, and fast. • Pragmatic and fast-moving, you know how to deliver in an evolving product environment. • Opinionated about clean, maintainable code but flexible when shipping fast matters. • Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL, or analytics pipeline concepts. • Experience in frontend performance optimization and responsive UI design. • Understanding of AI-driven or automation-based backend systems.
Responsibilities
• Overseeing full stack development projects from conception to deployment. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers. • Leading the technical direction of a team by setting coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices. • Mentoring junior developers in their career growth within Reflow's engineering culture. • Ensuring code quality through rigorous testing protocols and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes. • Staying abreast of emerging technologies relevant to the company’s products, evaluating potential adoption for team projects. • Communicating technical decisions effectively with non-technical stakeholders while advocating for user needs and business goals in product development discussions.
