• Experience negotiating end capital market documentation, specifically ISDA agreement types. • Ability to manage a large volume of contracts efficiently and accurately for banking clients. • Skill in identifying risks and issues within agreements and developing mitigation plans. • Proficiency in proactively managing execution deliverables with monitoring, ensuring adherence to Factor’s Methodologies and quality assurance processes. • Capability of leading and training contract review teams while implementing best practices. • Strong communication skills for maintaining excellent professional relationships with clients. • Ability to operate effectively in a deadline-driven environment, paying high attention to detail.
Responsibilities
• Manage client-facing deliverables to the highest standards of quality. • Identify risks and issues and develop appropriate mitigation plans. • Proactively manage and monitor execution of deliverables and status. • Assist with managing projects' critical path, dependencies, and contingencies. • Ensure understanding and management of project stakeholders' expectations. • Oversee adherence to all Factor’s Methodologies and quality assurance processes. • Review large volume of contracts efficiently and accurately, working closely with the team for high-quality output. • Read complex agreements meticulously, analyzing key information therein. • Lead and train contract review teams by implementing best practices. • Maintain excellent communication skills while maintaining a professional yet warm approach to clients. • Operate effectively in deadline-driven environments with high attention to detail for meeting client expectations.
