Requirements

• BS (or higher) in Computer Science, or a related field • At least five years of hands-on experience building production systems using Python, Scala and Java. Preferred programming language is Python. • Experience with software tools and frameworks for AI/ML, preferably within an open-source environment. • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and technologies such as model training, deployment, monitoring. • Deep understanding of agent frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, DSPy or similar projects. • Significant contributions to open-source projects in the AI/ML domain (e.g., SparkML, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLflow).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement platform capabilities for the AI/ML development lifecycle including training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and management of models and agents. • Develop integrations with various frameworks in the AI/ML ecosystem to enhance functionality and user experience. • Collaborate with the global AI/ML community to contribute to open-source projects and advance AIOps capabilities within the industry. • Mentor junior engineers on technical decisions, project planning, code review, and document creation for team members' professional growth.
