ruby-labs - 2D Graphic and Motion Designer
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a 2D Graphic and Motion Designer. • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma. • Strong skills in static graphics, motion design, and video editing. • Solid knowledge of color theory, composition, and typography. • Hands-on experience with AI image and video generators (Nano Banana, GPT, Seedance, Kling). • Creativity and the ability to generate and develop new ideas. • English language proficiency at B2 level. • Portfolio showing your graphic and motion work, including AI-generated content (required). • Experience in performance marketing, in a product company or digital agency. • Experience creating complex animations: transitions, effects, compositing. • Experience building AI workflows in node-based tools. • Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
Responsibilities
• Create static and video ads for our products on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. • Create static and video ads from concept to final result, using AI tools to speed up production. • Stay up to date with Instagram and TikTok trends and adapt them into ad creatives. • Generate AI video and images, and build AI workflows that speed up production. • Propose your own ideas in creative team meetings.
