Requirements
• 5+ years of project management experience within a technology environment • Proven experience managing end-to-end projects, including planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery • Demonstrable hands-on experience managing project budgets, financial tracking, forecasting, and cost control (3+ years) • Demonstrable experience identifying, managing, and mitigating project and delivery risks across multiple concurrent initiatives (3+ years) • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences • Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to confidently manage competing priorities across multiple active projects • Experience working closely with technical teams (e.g. engineers) and understanding of project delivery within technology environments • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment that requires both structure and adaptability • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail while maintaining focus on wider business and delivery outcomes • Proven experience leading projects with clear ownership, accountability, and measurable delivery results • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects simultaneously in a client-facing or delivery-focused environment • Experience working in a tech services, consultancy, or client-facing delivery environment • Experience successfully managing multiple concurrent client-facing projects in a fast-paced technology environment • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) • Experience working with distributed or remote teams • Exposure to commercial project delivery and customer-focused environments
Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects, from planning through to execution and completion • Allocate resources effectively across projects, ensuring optimal utilisation of teams and delivery timelines • Own and manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking costs, identifying financial risks, and ensuring projects remain commercially on track • Identify, assess, and actively manage delivery and operational risks across multiple projects, implementing clear mitigation and escalation strategies • Manage change control processes, ensuring scope changes are documented, assessed, and communicated clearly to stakeholders • Maintain clear and consistent stakeholder communication, providing updates on progress, risks, timelines, dependencies, and delivery challenges • Collaborate closely with engineering teams, project coordinators, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution • Drive proactive problem-solving across projects, removing blockers, managing changing priorities, and maintaining delivery momentum in a fast-paced environment • Ensure projects are delivered in line with quality standards, commercial objectives, and client expectations • Monitor project performance and drive accountability for successful delivery outcomes
