Crusoe - Electrical Field Engineer - Data Center
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent • 5+ years of experience in mission-critical environments supporting construction and/or operations. • Deep practical understanding of electrical power distribution equipment assembly and installation. • Hands-on experience with on site construction and partnering with third-party general contractors and electrical subcontractors. • Strong project management skills to assist in monitoring schedules, spotting bottlenecks, and driving on time completion in a technical position • Ability to troubleshoot complex field installation issues and implement practical, code-compliant solutions on the fly. • Flexibility to travel frequently or reside near assigned project site - minimum of 50% of time on site. • Professional Engineer (PE) License or EIT certification. • Direct experience overseeing the installation of high-density racks and their accompanying electrical infrastructure. • Mega Project construction experience in mission critical or heavy industry • Certifications such as PMP, OSHA 30, or equivalent safety credentials.

Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
