Requirements
• 5 years + OOH sales experience (with experience in UK, FR and DE markets) • Strong client and media agency relationships • Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business • Comfort with working across multiple currencies and markets • London-based, but may require international travel • Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees. Responsibilities
• Provide a good knowledge of the International OOH media landscape, its key challenges and best practices. • Have a thorough understanding of the strategy & objectives of your main accounts. • Lead the day-to-day management of the OOH agency to ensure they are effectively delivering. • Prepare post campaign analysis and present quarterly updates and new insights • Ensure you are delivering on all general client servicing. • Resolve client/campaign issues as and when they arise, and assist/coach your team in resolving theirs. • Understand the key challenges and best practices in international markets. • Have strong relationships with the main OOH media owner leads. • Understand the commercial requirements of the business and work with your CP to maximise efficiency • Build and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers, and feed into the business’s strategy when discussing investment choices
