Requirements
• Experience negotiating end capital market documentation specifically ISDA agreement types. • Ability to review large volume of contracts efficiently and accurately. • Proficiency in reading complex agreements with meticulous attention to detail. • Skill in identifying risks, issues, developing mitigation plans, managing execution deliverables, monitoring status, project critical path management including dependencies and contingencies. • Understanding of Factor’s Methodologies and quality assurance processes for overseeing adherence. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead contract review teams and maintain professional warmth in client interactions. • Effective operation within a deadline driven environment, high attention to detail required.
Responsibilities
• Review large volume of contracts efficiently and accurately. • Read complex agreements with meticulous attention to detail. • Identify risks and issues in the reviewed documents. • Develop appropriate mitigation plans for identified risks. • Manage client-facing deliverables, ensuring high standards of quality. • Assist with project critical path management including dependencies and contingencies. • Ensure understanding and adherence to Factor’s Methodologies and Quality assurance processes by the team members. • Communicate effectively with clients using excellent communication skills in a professional, warm approach. • Operate efficiently within deadline driven environments while maintaining high attention to detail.
