Requirements
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR Operations, Organizational Management, or a related field • Strong understanding of job architecture concepts (job families, levels, role scope) • Ability to analyze and compare roles across functions • High attention to detail and consistency • Strong stakeholder communication and influencing skills • Ability to challenge and justify decisions based on established frameworks and standards • Upper-intermediate level of English for professional documentation and communication • Experience in job architecture, job evaluation, compensation structures, or organizational design • Hands-on experience with job profile validation and governance in a multi-role organization • Experience with HR systems (HRIS), such as Workday, as well as data analysis tools • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
Responsibilities
• Job Architecture ManagementOwn and maintain the job architecture framework (job families, levels, titles); ensure consistent application across functions and alignment with organizational structure and compensation approach. Maintain reference files and dictionaries • Job Profiles Governance & ValidationLead validation of new and updated job profiles, ensuring correct scope, level differentiation, and compliance with standards. Prevent duplication, misclassification, or uncontrolled title creation; challenge inconsistencies when required • System Alignment & Change SupportEnsure job architecture data is accurately reflected across HR systems, reporting sources, and internal registers.Support system-related changes, including implementation activities, updates to job architecture data, and validation of system configurations after changes. Coordinate updates to reference data and ensure consistency between systems • Documentation, Audit & Quality ControlMaintain standards, templates, and documentation for job architecture. Ensure traceability of decisions and approvals, and support internal/external audits related to job profile governance • Competence development and career path • Team of professionals • Dynamic environment
