Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in project management, creative operations, or marketing coordination • Exposure to Creative and Marketing team workflows—lifecycle marketing, brand, user acquisition, or content production • Comfortable building and maintaining project plans, timelines, and briefs that real teams actually use • Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities • Proficient with project management tools like Asana, Jira, Monday.com, or Google Sheets • Strong communicator—written and verbal—who knows how to tailor updates to different audiences • A pragmatic problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and doesn't wait around for perfect information • Detail-oriented with a bias for action and a collaborative, low-ego working style • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Experience supporting retail, consumer electronics, or consumer app marketing programs • Familiarity with developing process standards and workflow documentation • Exposure to product-driven, cross-functional organisations
Responsibilities
• Support the Creative Operations Manager in coordinating cross-functional workstreams across Creative, Marketing, Product, Sales, and Web Development • Track and communicate project status regularly—keeping timelines, milestones, and deliverables up to date in our PM tools • Identify and flag project risks early, troubleshoot blockers, and recommend solutions before deadlines slip • Help develop and maintain lightweight, repeatable processes that make it easier for creative teams to collaborate and ship deliverables • Coordinate resourcing conversations and contribute to roadmap planning discussions • Prepare project updates, status reports, and team communications for stakeholders and leadership • Participate in standups, sprint reviews, and planning sessions—keeping things moving and decisions documented • Look for opportunities to improve how the team works and raise your hand when you spot them
