• Essential: • Essential: • BSc in Biology or a related technical field, or equivalent industrial experience. • 5+ years industrial experience within a pharma, CRO or biotech environment. • 2-3 years’ experience of directly implementing or managing international CROs in an industrial environment. • Solid understanding of the drug discovery process with an emphasis in biology and/or biologics. • Track record of establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. • Comfortable communicating with different types of audiences at various levels of seniority, including writing and presenting business cases and building strong relationships. • Strong organisation skills, and detail-oriented approach to work. • Culture and values • Culture and values • We are guided by our shared values.
