Requirements

• Experience leading teams in professional services, solution architecture, or technology innovation environments • Strong background in enterprise solutions, consulting, or transformation initiatives • Experience defining or evolving services offerings, ideally with a product mindset • Ability to operate across strategy and execution, driving outcomes in complex environments • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership • Commercial awareness, including understanding of services revenue, growth, and go-to-market dynamics • Broad technical understanding across enterprise technologies (cloud, data, AI, infrastructure) • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and product teams • A bias toward action, with the ability to drive innovation from concept through to scale • What Success Looks Like • A strong pipeline of innovative services aligned to enterprise priorities • Successful pilot and scaling of new services into repeatable offerings • Increased services adoption and measurable revenue growth • High-performing, engaged team delivering consistent impact • Clear alignment between services, product roadmap, and customer outcomes

Responsibilities

• Lead the Advanced Services innovation function, defining and executing the services strategy aligned to CX Portfolio and enterprise priorities • Manage and develop a team of Domain Solutions Architects and Services Lifecycle Program Manager(s) • Drive the creation of new services and solutions through structured innovation cycles (MVP, pilot, validation, scale) • Ensure strong alignment between services innovation, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategy • Partner with Sales, the Enterprise Line of Business, and Field Solution Architect organization to support strategic opportunities • Establish a product-led approach to services, including lifecycle management, prioritisation, and performance tracking • Define success metrics and ensure services are delivering measurable outcomes and driving revenue growth • Collaborate with Services Engineering to ensure solutions are scalable, repeatable, and operationally viable • Build strong relationships across CX Portfolio, Product Engineering, and Delivery organisations • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and accountability within the team
