Responsibilities

• Represent the Risk Operations team in the ongoing relationship with Checkout’s Product department, defining Risk requirements for new product releases and enhancements • Partner with the Risk Operations leadership team to regularly update the roadmap for enhancements to Risk Operations tooling, and advocate for such roadmap with Checkout’s Product managers • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle, providing crucial input on supportability, usability, and potential pain points from our internal Operations users perspective • Collaborate with Product Managers on product launches: conduct thorough assessments, identify potential risks, and provide go/no-go recommendations • Support Risk Operations strategic initiatives such as vendor assessment, capacity planning and ad-hoc company-led projects • Stay abreast of customer trends & requirements, competitor products, and market shifts
